We currently have two programs tailored to meet your needs and your budget. Our first program consists of a three visit per calendar year. Every four months. Our second program is a two visit per calendar year. Every six months EACH PROVIDES CERTIFICATION WITH NIST Traceability. A detailed inspection is made each time of all electrical, mechanical and optical components. Any required cleaning for calibration, lubrication and alignment is made to assure you of maximum capacity and minimum "between visit" service. A service report of each visit is left with you to provide up to date information as to the condition of each optical comparator, with all adjustments and repairs or recommended repairs Parts or recommended repairs are above and beyond the scope of a preventive maintenance contract and would be billed separately as well as labor for those repairs.
